Happy Birthday, NSM!

Sir Neil, our Kings Managing Director, celebrated his birthday surrounded by the very people he leads — sharing stories, laughter, and a hearty meal at Samgyupsalamat. More than just a celebration, it was a reflection of the kind of leader he is: grounded, generous, and deeply connected to the Kings Family.

Through his quiet strength, clear vision, and unwavering commitment to our people, Sir Neil continues to lead by example. Thank you for being the steady force behind our growth — a leader we trust, and a presence we’re proud to stand beside.

Welcome, Kings & Élan Media Group

You might remember them from the company pictorial, but their creative impact goes far beyond the frame. From shaping the spirit of Kings Camp 2025 to crafting works for Louis Vuitton, ALO, and La Prairie, Kings & Élan is redefining what creative excellence looks like within the Kings Group and beyond.

Guiding this creative house are co-founders Nian Ellao, Creative Chief Director, whose visionary lens defines the agency’s artistic direction, and Camille Makasiar, Managing Director, whose strategic clarity and executional precision bring each idea to life.

We’re proud to officially welcome Kings & Élan into the growing creative family of Kings. This is where brands belong. The future is bold, beautiful, and just beginning.

The Kings Camp

Last July 4–5, we came together not just as individuals from different companies, but as one Kings family, gathering in Zambales for a weekend of connection, courage, and collective growth!

Throughout the weekend, members of Kings Group of Companies bonded through the activities and conversations that broke barriers and built bridges. Whether it was in a heated team competition or a quiet moment of reflection, the spirit of collaboration was alive in every interaction. Each activity revealed not just our strengths as individuals, but our collective resilience and synergy as one Kings community.

The energy was high, the laughter was real, and the memories were meaningful. We saw leadership in motion, not just from those with titles, but from every person who showed up with courage, humility, and drive. Sir Neil’s message reminded us all of the deeper “why” behind our work: to lead with purpose, to lift others as we rise, and to stay rooted in service.

Special thanks to Be Club for hosting with heart and to Kings & Élan for capturing the weekend’s best moments. As we return to our roles and routines, may we carry the momentum of Kings Camp with us — the kind that reminds us that we are not alone in this journey. Together, we move stronger, bolder, and more united than ever. This is what it means to be Kings Scout.
